Return Policy
Jenora is here to spoil you. We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for store credit or exchanges only. We do not accept international exchanges. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges. If your item is not suitable, you are able to return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are not free, we advise all customers to use a tracked service. We can not accept returns that are lost, if customers use a tracked service they are insured with the specific courier.
Items will not be accepted if they have been worn, or showing signs of wear. All orders are intact with hangtags, that makes the item ineligible for a return if removed. Branded tags must also be intact. If you are returning a faulty item, we please ask that you notify us by email before returning so we can resolve the issue together.
Sale items cannot be returned.
SHIPPING
All orders will take up to 15 working days for shipping unless express delivery is chosen which will take up to 5-7 working days.
All international deliveries are sent from the UK on a DAP basis which means that you as the buyer are responsible for any VAT, Tariffs, Import Duty, Taxes and Custom Clearance Charges imposed by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this information and unfortunately are unable to provide an accurate estimate of the cost as charges vary across the world.
